I don't think it is a Page Setup issue - I seem to remember from setting up the 2100 that you have to setup a new printer specifically as borderless.
What does the manual or help say?
As a side issue I dont run Norton Utilities on my PB G4 and rely purely on
Disk Utility - Is this wise?
Well it seems to be a good idea not to run Norton - something like Disk Warrior or TechTool are possibly better investments.
