You should be able to do that by simply recording the steps: open, save as
TIFF (specify a different folder to the Raw files), save as JPEG (specify a
different folder to the TIFFs, close.

Alternatively, try the free Dr Brown's Image Processor. You can find it on
Russell Brown's site.
