Hi Tim, I'm sure you will get helpful answers to this one, but my immediate thinking is where is the original film or digital file, which would make life so much easier? Too simple, I suppose.
One other point, however: I presume that there are no copyright issues in scanning and reproducing something from a printed page in this case?
