Iview is fine with Nef's so not sure where your problem is. I did have some problems viewing Kodak .dcr files but the latest update cured that. Current version is 2.5 and all versions since 2 have been fine with .nefs from a D1. Other than checking you have the newest version, I can't offer a soloution.
