If that is the 2.5GHz then do it - you won't regret it.
Again video card - go for the best you can afford. I got the original 2GHz G5 and it came with the Radeon 9600 - it had to be replaced as it was faulty. I wish in hindsight I had gone for the 9800.
As for HDD - again go for 250GB and then check if DABS can do a second one cheaper than Apple Store. Also check elsewhere for RAM prices and make your decision from there. Prices at Crucial cam be cheaper.
