When its charged I get about 3-4 hours use. But you can also get a cheap car charger and also an extra external supply for aa batteries which adds about 3 hours use time on. Its also a card downloader, mp3 player and external usb2 hard drive. The other solution is a Innoplus phototainer, which has a colour lcd screen and you can see your raw files as well as play mp3's. Don't know how long battery life is and what accessories they do.
