Why not do a test yourself?
Make a similar shot and blow up part of it to the A2 pro, then put that out on your A3 or A4 printer. Both you and your client will see exactly what you're going to get. If you're still not sure, get a pro lab to help you.
Make the effort now and shoot with confidence.
