There will alway be those in the extreme, even among Americans; on the
edges of the bell curve, both to the right and to the left, but by the
very definition of standard deviation, they would be very few in numbers
compared to the 99.6% who would fall withing two standard deviation of
normal. We can deal with the extremes in a way that does not skew the
sampling by acting on the extreme in a way that turns it into the
norm. The current method of pre-emptive violence has exponentiated the
extremes into a norm that will be plague America for generations to come.
