I don't know what PETA is like in your country, but over here they are no more civilized than most radical anti-abortion groups, who feel that they have The Truth, and are therefore justified in doing Whatever It Takes to make others see The Truth. As a vegetarian and not a Vegetarian, I hate getting lumped with these groups. I'm for the ethical treatment of animals, but I don't want anyone telling me whose ethics I have to use. Especially not people who value the life of a lab rat over the life of a human being.
