Take a look at SyncbackSE from

I recommend it for network backup as it just works, doing replication,
incremental change etc etc. No FTP facilities unfortunately but for a
network backup program its just superb with EMAIL confirmation of backup
completion and errors. They do a 30 day demo on the site.

Both sites sell the same product. I purchased the product back in 2004.
It works 'ok' but in the end I've found batch file scripts/wsh scripts
to be a better alternative if you need lots of flexibility.
