No, it would be to cell phones. I am willing to bet that most of the recipients do NOT have pagers. These are moms and dads getting info about their kid's scheduled appointment time. Just a friendly reminder like "Please remember that Jimmy has Math Camp tonight at 6pm...thanks!" I want to provide a simple utility that queries that folks who have opted in for this service and customize the message to be sent to them using the kid's schedule.
