I try to get the highest RAM amt per stick and fill half of them. That gives me cheap expansion if needed. Most Fox based servers are File servers so you may not even need that amount of ram. I don't have systems that do processing locally so in my case the server has to be robust enough for all the users working. I tend to go for a lot of ram. :) -- Stephen Russell Unified Health Services 60 Germantown Court Suite 220 Cordova, TN 38018 Telephone: 888.510.2667 901.246-0159 cell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/CAJidMY+40YjrDsNOXk+T4TW-xL_YKNZ74TGBg=wrvvb1d6o...@mail.gmail.com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
