You don't know to look for the registry hacks yet?  All this rule
metadata is kept in the registry.

I did a search and I didn't see anyone complaining about NIC issues on
this update.  That said wonder what it really was then?

Last ting is that if M$ sends out the changes to all vendors to test
and THEY DON'T test is it M$ fault?  they have hundreds or thousand +
support vendors.  Should they be held hostage waiting for the last 5%
to return any issues?   Should they post a list of vendors who fail to
test?  That would be interesting.
