When it's not my business nor client I really can't answer all the questions. In all honesty, it was a matter of time till you run into the obstacle. This app is to key to a company that an IT director could draw the line that it has to be in a contemporary environment. Same would have been said if it were in VB6 I guess. Same company probably uses Peoplesoft, JDE, ... So they have earned their attitude I guess.
