It's great that there is more then one OS, or one accounting app.  

How do you capture on paper customer satisfaction, and a better way to do
business?  What about taking handhelds into the marketplace, and get better
delivery of information to the customer.  Say the oil change shop.  You
drive in and they open your door, scan the VIN barcode and they know you by
name if you’re a returning customer.   

Paper based is so antiquated, with respect to satisfaction, and speed.
