Don't put your postal address or any contact details anywhere online that you don't have to. Banks, Amazon and the like - fine. Everything like FB where you have a choice - don't. Anywhere that wants an address that isn't bank or the gubmint - use a fake address. Lie about location and preferences wherever possible.
