To my knowledge I haven't entered my address anywhere except to places
you mentioned - my bank, Amazon, util companies.

FB doesn't even have my city or state...
How much would you like to bet? What have you done to hide
your IP address?
Some way some how somebody was able to cross reference everything up
with my viewing habits...
IP address maybe?
