They still charge touch screen prices though, well maybe more. Al -----Original Message-----
> I volunteer to help users at the local Retirement Home's computer lab. Last week a resident brought in a Gateway 27" All-in-One, with Windows 8 and a touch screen, and donated it to the lab. He found the touch screen much too awkward to use on the large vertical monitor, and turned it off. Apple doesn't offer touch on the iMac screens, instead they offer a touch pad, with full 2,3,4-finger gestures, that sits beside the keyboard. You don't have to reach, and the screen doesn't get fingerprints all over it. I think that's the way to go. _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://mail.leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://mail.leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/002201ceb506$fb62a3e0$f227eba0$@com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
