Mybe I should clarify my idea.

This client has a lot of passwords for different things and even though they are saved encrypted in a table, part of his app, this table sits in a file server on the LAN.

He would like to be able to access this table from anywhere.

I do know that a Web Service would do the job and would be better suited for that, but then, he is the only one that will ever access the table.

I also know that he could do that with remote desktop, but I was thinking of using any of the free cloud stores.
So, if this were possible, what would be the code to do it?

Is this possible?

No. With dropbox you can open the local copy, but you will at some times
end up with conflicting copies.
