All sorts of reasons this solution is not a good idea
Not only do these free file servers don't act like a network drive, but more
of a backup copy of your local data.
Not a bad idea to back up your data to cloud drive, but not as a remote
access file system.
Even with Google drive where they claim you can have multi people access the
same word/excel file.. and make updates.. my testing on that didn't prove
stable .

If you need cloud based data - you might as well get a sql server hosted in
the cloud. - Simple and robust.

Subject: use dropbox, cubby, one drive, google drive as cloud server

I just had this idea (crazy? mmmm......)

Just upload a VFP table to one of the free cloud stores
(dropbox, cubby, google drive, one drive, etc) And then use it, like one would
use any ordinary table:

use \\dropbox\???..\mytable.dbf

Is this possible?
