Hi Al,

With today's internet, you can still use MySQL for example (could be PostgreSQL, Firebird, SQL Server, whatever) and still not have to have any SQL staff on hand. And I gotta say this MySQL (actually MariaDB for me) is super easy. Nothing complex. And no cost either.
