I've used PrintKey-Pro (http://www.warecentral.com/ ) for years, including on my Windows 8.1 laptop. Options I always set include:
Date and Time printed in lower left corner. Username in the lower left corner. Close after print. It costs 19.95, but is easy to justify with all the options.
