Here's another: http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/mwsnap.html

MWSnap
Freeware, and works great. Have used it for years. I really like that it will capture "the screen" or "a window" or you can click-click to select a box to capture. And, free.

I am writing some instructions on using email for a friend. To illustrate
the instructions I am using screenshots which I generate by pressing PrtSc
or Alt+PrtSc then pasting into Paint Shop Pro for cropping or directly into
the Word 2010 document. I'm finding that the screenshots are not as sharp
and clear as I would like - can anyone recommend a better method? My screen
resolution is 1920x1080.

Thanks
