When I look at what kept me in the game all of the years I think of a
number of things: desire, solving puzzles and sticking to it even when
the pressure is on, do what you say you are going to do no matter what,
research your problems until an answer is found, and probably the most
important is never give up on a job you have committed to doing.
Just the first few I thought of.

Great question and topic Dave. I am looking into the same thing. My end
game is farther out, but I want to spend as much time with an associate as
possible. I also plan to be involved in more of a management role and not
really retire.
