Dan - Ah - I already Read Ted's post - and I followed his suggestion - and it didn't work - and I replied back that it didn't work.

You can unzip it using any unzip program. Stop trying editors. Once you unzip it then you'll have a bunch of xml files and you should be able to look at them with practically anything.
