For a good laugh, search "Recent Windows update breaks printer
collating" for 2,280,000 hits, none of which may apply to you.

If you started getting support calls on or just after, the second
Tuesday in the month, that would be my first suspect. Now that many
firms are just letting MS control updates, it's become a little
trickier to debug these scenarios.
