Since the beginning of the month we have been getting phone calls from
customers with large copiers that are setup as network printers (or
networked all -in-one business class printers). They are no longer able to
print multiple copies to the copier using our old Crystal Reports 8.5. It
appears each collated report is sent to the printer as a separate print job.
Sometime, the printer will print 2 out of 10 copies. Many times, it only
prints the 1st copy.
If one does not collate, all the pages seem to print.
Perhaps this has something to do with it?
