No doubt on the hosting because I've played with it and it takes way too
much time to manage it all.

The one's I've looked at, do not allow you to install programs, or only ones
that you can check off on their admin pages..

How do you back up your clients data to your site, JUST IN CASE...
Realize I'm asking stupid questions, but I really don't know as I've allways
had systems guy's working for me and I just say make sure its backed
up...and its allways been inhouse..

Definitely! While there's NO guarantees in life expect for taxes and death,
I will say that my 3+ year experience with LunarPages has been incredibly
positive. My previous hosting experiences (with other big name hosting
firms) were diastrous nigthmares. 

I feel pretty confident that LunarPages will honor its advertised hosting
features. And at the end of the day, I think they will do a much, much, MUCH
better job of managing a BSD Unix/PHP/MySQL server than me. :)
