Actually, the company buying LassPass, Francisco Partners, is an investor in or owner of the following companies: Bomgar, Legal Zoom, Comodo, LogMeIn, SonicWall, WatchGuard and many more.
I think I'm going to wait and see what they do with LassPass before jumping. I almost jumped when LogMeIn bought the company and doubled the subscription, but the service was still good for the price. It's up to Francisco Partners next move right now. Paul H. LastPass! Darn! Just when I have successfully integrated hundreds of passwords, secret account numbers, etc, and got it working on Ubuntu, Chromebook, Fedora, Windows and Android. 2-Factor Authentication and all.
