Your employer cares if you are doing drugs because what you do on your own time, which is none of their business, could affect your work performance while at your employers, which therefore becomes their concern. BTW eating poppyseeds will not allow you to pass the drug test, the only way is to either be clean, use clean urine, or flush the drugs out of the system.
