So they certainly prohibit all employees from getting up in the
middle of the night to tend to a sick child, right? They also limit
everyone to two beers or glasses of wine, because any more might
affect work performance, too. And they also...
It's simple: you're either doing your job well enough, or you're
not. If you aren't, you won't have a job for very long, no matter
what the reason.
