I recommend a wiki service. You can install your own using free open
source wiki code and there's a bunch of great options to choose from.
The downside is that you need a hosting vendor and you have to be
prepared to maintain what you install.

Or you could choose one of the wonderful 3rd party hosted wikis.

I strongly endorse the following 3rd party hosted wiki services with
which I've had very positive experiences:

www.pbwiki.com (there's a free version you can pilot)
www.editme.com

Both of these services are inexpensive and very full featured. Both
these services have different strengths. Editme has more granular
security. Pbwiki is evolving much faster and has a rabid (FoxPro-like)
user community present in their forums. IMO, you can't go wrong with
either of these services.
