Ditto that horror story here.

You're right Mike, that perhaps they've changed, but unfortunately, 
their past will haunt them (i.e., many former customers won't return).  
Our industry is fickle like that.  Look at Vonage (or was it Skype?) 
recently that had that issue.  2nd thought...I think it was Skype.  Just 
a day or two of outage and people were ready to dump them.
