I have to agree with the bloat comment, and I would add "unnecessarily intrusive" into the list as well for NAV, at least on the non-enterprise level. I used to like their products, but now I just can't recommend them. I routinely remove and replace it with no regrets, typically with AVG for home users. If the Enterprise edition has remembered to keep a small footprint, stay invisible and not inject itself all over the place without asking first, then I'd be willing to take a look at it, but the home version? No thanks.
