Do you use Avast by any chance?

You can find out what is causing these errors.  Look in
c:\WINDOWS\Minidump and you should see a bunch of files.  Take the
latest file and use this process to generate a readable log:

Ghost works for me.  However you will probably encounter problems if
the new machine has different hardware...
