Of course, but the issue is those posters for whom the delete key is
not enough. They've proven their unworthiness of an intelligent
reader's time, so why should I have to constantly delete them? One
simple rule and the problem is gone.
Of course, that also removes the tendency for others to whine about
how sucky the [OT] stuff is...
