I think that it is two issues as the cause.  Conversion of food crops to
ethanol production as a primary problem here in the US and possibly Europe.
Second is that last year was record drought in most of the world and the
wheat failed miserably in the southern hemisphere.  That is rough on the
local producers and their customers.
