Hey, there's nothing wrong with ethanol :-)

Does anyone know how they ferment corn into ethanol?  I'm pretty sure
corn doesn't have the enzymes present to convert the starch into
sugars needed for the yeasts to ferment (but I could be wrong).
Yeasts can't consume starches, only sugars.
