        How about having to retain legal staff to assure that you are not in  
violation of some EULA that can change arbitrarily with any uupgrade?  
How about being subject to the charge that you are in violation of  
licensing, and having to perform a complete software audit of your  
company to prove that you aren't? These aren't made-up scenarios,  
either; they are the reality of working with Microsoft, the company  
that sued public-schools that use Macs to make them pay for Windows  
licenses for each Mac they had.
