*I* teach! Not that I am being defensive! <g> Two things I'll say about it: 1. Even when you understand a concept, having to formulate an explanation of it in a way that lay people and newbies can understand it, too, deepens your understanding of that concept or practice profoundly. 2. Working so intimately with "users" reminds me just how lousy most of their basic computer skills are. This compels me to keep my UI simple, far more so than I would if I judged users' skills from afar. (Yes, I have shortcuts for more capable users.)
