True enough, but I really think they are right this time, and probably were at least at some points in the past. I think some of the evidence is manifest: babies having babies. Some of it seems true, but without comparative data, one doesn't know for sure. One hears more and more news stories (one just this week) of boys planning or executing school mayhem -- entirely indifferent to human life.
