Absolutely, you can do some juggling, and eat somewhat healthier, but 
you need food education, and your options are limited if you are poorer. 

I just get sick and tired of the "if they're poor, it's because they're 
lazy and stupid, so it's their own fault."  (I'm not accusing you of 
saying that.)  Sometimes it is, but having been there, I know a lot of 
times it's not.
