Hi Vince!

You have to have lived it to appreciate it. Something else, Animal
research has demonstrated that farm animals need 45 minerals
supplemented in their diets to prevent illness. Animal illness costs
rich people money so the animals get mineral supplements.

Human illness makes money for rich people so human food does not get
mineral supplements, except as an expensive option. Humans need more
minerals than animals do, but typical supplements contain only 13 of
some 60 minerals needed.

If you eat meat, you get at least the 45 minerals the animals get, but
the poor make do without meat. Hot dogs are mostly filler and contain
little meat.
