If they already had Office and it's slew of applications is there a
price barrier to consider?

I just told my son to install OO on his GFs new laptop because it
didn't have anything for WP, etc.

He is a 4th year university student and she is 2'nd year.  He had a
real hard time thinking that you could do WP without "W"ord.

Point I am making is that people don't want to try something new.

For Charbucks customers would they go to a local coffee shop or would
they go out of their way to get back to the same old same old?  You
will be suprissed at how fickle humans are.
