Hmmm...well, I might comment that that's a really rough policy, imo.  If he
buys it and "blews it" then you should give him another copy since he
already paid for it.

To enforce a licensed user only kind of scenario, there are those who
use predetermined registration keys (I think the Universal Thread has
some downloads perhaps of that?)...similar to M$'s license keys for
Office.  I use another method, but that requires internet connection,
and frankly, it's more hassle than its worth.  I've tried to sell
FabMate with the licensed users approach but I think I'm going to change
and just make a single sell and call it a "site license."  I'm all for
lesser/smaller government, and similarly, less admin hassle for me.
