Same here but we charge 10%.
This is to our regional dealers, they add their own fees on top of
that (the benefit to me is that I have no direct contact with the
users!).

We don't charge runtime for 3rd party tools (like the Advantage
database server), though we do make a small profit on reselling that.

The runtime doesn't quite cover all our day to day costs (salaries,
rent, etc) but it's getting closer.
