I think you may be the laziest person I've ever debated on this list. You
look for any excuse not to pay attention to the obvious.

And who appointed you some kind of intellectual Nielsons rating? Besides
yourself I mean.

I also in that list quote mother jones (no right wing rag, that), slate and
the huffing-and-puffington post, politico if I recall. Many of them tackle
this question of his messianic appeal/complex. It was a simple Google
search. And I went out of my way to list at the top some from Australia.

So you find one in there you think is objectionable and use it to ignore the
rest.

I bet you read Scripture this way too. And not just Daniel.

> You still have failed to demonstrate anything

> cult of personality (ie there is no DIVINE WORSHIP).

And then you raise the bar. I'm not requiring the worship to be "divine" --
that's a nice little nitpicky point you throw in there, as your ultimate
out. I don't agree that for it to be worship it (or its object) must be
divine, and I certainly don't agree Obama is divine.

But I do maintain he's being worshipped by an alarming number of people (the
townhall made this obvious to me in a very disturbing way), and that this
has been cultivated by design, based on his proven ties to a.) liberation
theology and b.) the political tactics espoused by Saul Alinsky. They both
see religion and the cultivation of religious-like fervor as a means to push
radical agendas, destructive of the middle class.

The term "community organizer" was coined by Alinsky, Obama wrote a chapter
in a book "After Alisky" (it was Chap 4, and the prose in that sounds like
he talks without a teleprompter, and NOTHING like his memoirs), and Rev.
Wright has boasted of his church's grounding in the writings of James Cone,
specifically WRT Black Liberation Theology.

You have yet to refute any of the salient facts about Obama's relationship
to these influences in his early political life and career.

Given how lazy you are I'm not holding my breath. You're just going to keep
muttering "CT" and "your credibility is sinking" and "your opinion isn't
popular" and blah and blah and blah and blah.
