You obviously haven't considered it in a global context. They have every right to declare individuals persona non grata in the UK, he isn't being banned from anywhere else just the UK. The UK are just publishing a list in advance of people they declare are not welcome in the UK and he happens to be on it, just like a load of Nazis and even more obnoxious organisms like Phelps.

He isn't a British subject, although the Supreme High Command of the UK seems to think that by rights the whole world is under their omniscient authority, he hasn't applied for a visa to visit the UK and probably won't. What business do they (or Napolitano, for that matter) have in saying anything at all? Open mouth, insert foot.
