I see no reason to upgrade my remaining VFP client from VFP8, since the system is stable, reliable, and all we are doing is minor maintenance these days. If MS were to release another SP for VFP8 because of a discovered issue, *and* that issue was affecting my client's app, I'd test and install it ASAP. Otherwise, I wouldn't spend my client's money for no benefit like that. OTOH, if all of a sudden they wanted 5 new reports and some other enhancements, I'd seriously consider doing it in VFP9 with the latest service pack and patches.
