you are obviously NOT a lawyer. the plane crashed in scotland and under law
the crime became a scottish one. america had no say in jurisdiction - which
probably annoyed you guys as Ive noticed you arent all that good at
accepting and obeying jurisdictional boundaries. the scumbag deserved to die
in prison tho

Hi Adam,

Although I am not a lawyer, it would seem that anyone in his position
can ask for extradition, and he didn't as far as we know. There would
have been some justification, in light of the fact that the flight had
come from Los Angeles and San Francisco with American Crew Members and
American Passengers, and had also boarded other Americans as well for
the return to the states, all of whom were killed.

If he had asked, it might have changed history.

They wouldn't elect me. The Pete Doctrine would be "Kill ONE American"
as a country, we destroy your military, your government and your
infrastructure. If it is the crime of an individual criminal, you either
punish him sufficiently or send him to us. Or punish him first yourself
and then send him to us if he is still alive.
